This recipe is super-quick and super delicious!  No need to spend time making a quiche with a carb-loaded, labor-intensive unhealthy crust.  In fact, this version is easy, healthy and you can make it your own with your favorite spices and ingredients. I had these ingredients on hand in my kitchen to make this quiche.  I found the 30 minute cooking time perfect in my gas stove.  Just keep checking the quiche at 30 minutes and use the clean knife test.  Also, I froze a test piece of the quiche and will thaw and eat within a week or so.  So stay tuned for my update!
